Orders are send out by Registered Airmail and it takes up to 21 business days to reach its destination.
Orders also can be send by EMS - delivery time 3-7 business days.
Return/exchange
If you wish to return/exchange a product, then product must be unused in it's original box.
The buyer pays for returning the product.
If merchandise has arrived damaged, the buyer has to return damaged product back to us (we will pay the shipping cost) and we will send a new product to the buyer.
Refund policy
If order is not received in 60 days we will provide a full refund or send a new product.
In case that client provided incorrect shipping address - replace order will send only after it arrives back to us and client has to pay for reshipping the order, if client wants a refund it will be provided only after order arrives back to us.
We ship every Sunday and Wednesday.
